SOUP
Winter Squash Apple Bisque      ($8/pint) 
Orange-fleshed winter squash makes it rich in vitamin A for immunity and eye health. Puréed into a smooth and creamy soup. A perfect appetizer for T-give dinner.

SALAD  
Pomegranate Persimmon Spinach Salad w/ Goat Cheese & Pomegranate Vinaigrette ($15 serves 3-4)
Route One Farms Fuyu persimmon, raw walnuts and pomegranate seeds on a bed of baby spinach with optional goat cheese (request to omit). Dressing is a creamy pomegranate juice- based vinaigrette. This salad can be packaged deconstructed to be assembled for Thanksgiving with goat cheese in a separate container, so it can be warmed before eating. Please request upon ordering. 
 
ENTREE and SIDES  
Baked Tofu Strips    ($8 serves 2-4) 
Enjoy Wilwood sprouted firm tofu marinated in a tamari-based marinade and sprinkled with nutritional yeast (AKA hippie dust), and baked till chewy. A vegan Thanksgiving protein alternative offering.   
 
Garlic Mashed Potatoes ($3 serves 1-2 approx. 1 cup) 
Red potatoes smashed with skins on and extra virgin olive oil, coconut milk, garlic, mineral salt and more. 
 
Portobello Mushroom Gravy    ($4/cup)
A golden gravy with chunks of locally grown 'shrooms; contains nutritional yeast.  
 
Roasted Brussels Sprouts   ($14/pint)  
Rodoni Farms mini-brassicas tossed in balsamic, olive oil and mineral salt and roasted till golden brown. Serve with Hot Entrée.
 
Cashew Carrot Spread      ($8/pint)
A smooth cinnamon scented spread sweetened with agave and carrots and the added protein of soaked raw cashews. Pairs well spread on the Cornbread Muffin.

Jumbo Cornbread Muffin      ($4/muffin or $3 each if ordering more than four )
Slightly sweet and orange scented; sweetened with agave and fresh squeezed orange juice. Pairs with soup and/or Cashew Carrot Spread.  
 

DESSERT  
Cranberry Apple Crisp        ($14 serves 2-3 or $25 serves 4-6) 
Tart, anti-oxidant powerhouse berries and local apples sweetened with coconut sugar and agave and the added depth of red wine. All that goodness topped with a crumbly gluten-free oat topping.

Ingredients  are available upon request. 98% of the Open Hearth's ingredients are organic. Food is gluten-free, plant-based and contains very little soy unless otherwise indicated by obvious inclusion (we do use organic wheat-free tamari in many recipes).
