You're invited to our Community Open House Holiday Party on Thursday, December 6, from 5 pm to 7 pm, where you can enjoy the holiday spirit with other West County residents and help Verde Elementary School. 

Let's celebrate another year of working together to improve our communities, with a festive atmosphere and delicious food. 

You may also bring a check or cash donation to benefit the children of Verde Elementary School in North Richmond. 

For the past 20 years, we've sponsored  the Verde Elem entary Toy & Coat Drive. It's one of my favorite traditions.

We need to raise about $10,000 to cover 395 custom school spirit hoodies and new books. Your tax deductible cash or check donation will help us reach this goal. Those who donate to fund this will be recognized in my newsletter and will receive a personal note of thanks from me for being a part of the Verde Stars team! 

All donations must be received by Friday, December 10.     

Checks should be made payable to the non-profit "CHDC of North Richmond" c/o 2018 Verde Hoodie Drive. 

Thanks to those who have already donated! We are getting closer, but we have a ways to go for Verde!
