Spotlight on the World Nutrient Databases for Dietary Studies

Calling all researchers, dietitians, nutritionists, students, government officials, and others interested in food composition data! Discover the ILSI Research Foundation’s new, open data resource – World Nutrient Databases for Dietary Studies (WNDDS). WNDDS is a catalogue of food composition databases and tables from 92 countries, that provides users with a way to quickly evaluate what FCDBs they might want to further explore.
Feedback Received from the GE Food/Feed Safety Assessment Training Program

In November, the ILSI Research Foundation organized a five-day training program for a delegation of scientists from Indonesia. Convened in collaboration with the Stine Haskell Research Facility, participants learned about lab-based methods used to assess GE food and feed safety. Find out why 100% of the workshop attendees responding to a post-workshop survey found the training useful in their current position.
