History:
Our Dad loved the Herbal Invigorating Muscle & Foot Rub. He owned a tavern and was always on his feet. During the day, he would dab a little of the Lotion on his temples, neck and shoulders for that needed pick-me-up. At night, he would rub the blend liberally over his tired, worn out feet, put on a pair of favorite socks and go to sleep. Our Dad told me he would wake up feeling invigorated, refreshed and ready to go!
As an extra treat, before you begin your day, apply a generous amount on your feet before you put on your socks, stockings or on your bare skin, especially if you are playing sports, golf or tennis. Your feet will feel tingly and cool, while helping to make them feel soft and smooth. I always rub the Lotion on my feet before I put on my socks and sneakers and begin my exercise on the Sanddune.

In more detail, the Sanddune is a memory type foam block (made of two different type of foams) that bounces back with a mirror type of resistance. This foam block has a no joint load so your back and legs do not feel stress when you are walking or running on it. I used to walk about an hour a day but some mornings I didn't have time or it got too hot, and walking on the cement took its toll on my knees. Now I use the Sanddune about five times a day about two to three minutes each time, and I love it. I still walk outdoors but only on the grass or on soft surfaces, and I combine the two activities during the day. My posture has gotten so much better, and so has my balance and flexibility. I also rotate the Sanddune during use because there is a slight
incline to help in your balance.
What I Like To Do: When not exercising on the Sanddune, I move it under my desk and rest my feet on it while I am working on the computer. This maneuver forces me to sit up straight while my legs are resting on the foam, helping to take the pressure off of my legs. I feel refreshed and relaxed.
The whole family can benefit by using the Sanddune, just have everyone wear a pair of socks while exercising on the Sanddune.
