Help Your Community Take Charge of its Health

Burlington County Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP)
is proud to announce three health related programs for which we are recruiting volunteers. Millions of adults live with one or more chronic health conditions. Our programs help people and their caregivers manage their symptoms, improve their quality of life, and reduce healthcare costs. Mutual support and success builds participants' confidence in their ability to manage their health and maintain active and fulfilling lives.

Chronic Pain Self-Management and Chronic Disease Self-Management meet one time/week for 6 weeks.  Fit & Strong! is an award-winning, multi-component, evidence-based physical activity program for older adults. This eight-week program targets older adults with osteoarthritis and has demonstrated significant functional and physical activity improvements in this population.
If you are 55 + years of age, and would like to learn more or receive free training to lead these classes, please contact RSVP at  [email protected] or call 856-222-9311 x 1583.  Membership and training FREE!
