Fair Volunteers
The Fair is looking for more volunteers. Please let us know if you know someone who is looking for service hours. Please email Denise Douglass at [email protected] .
Fair Dress Down Day
Fair Dress Down days are Friday, October 13 & 20.  Students can wear the Fair shirt, Shout shirt, 7th Grade shirt and ONLY their Fair shirt, Shout shirt, and 7th Grade shirt. 
Confetti Egg Booth
Egg stuffing will continue every Tuesday and Thursday morning until the Fair, immediately following morning drop off. Also, we are having another Evening Confetti Egg Stuffing Party! Thursday, October 12th, from 6:00 - 9:00 pm in the CYO Room. We had so much fun the first time, we are doing it again! Bring a snack to share, or a bottle of wine, or your choice of beverage, and come join the fun.

Fair Booth Coordinators 
PLEASE have your booth decorated by 11:00 AM Friday, October 20 so that your class can take a picture in front of the booth. Please remember to bring cable ties, scissors, duct tape, sharpie markers, step stool, etc. to hang up your sign and set up your booth. Any questions please call me at 504-723-2300. Thanks, Denise Douglass 
Fair Food and Basket Booth Tickets
Food & Basket Booth tickets are available for purchase the entire week of the Fair starting Monday, October 17-Friday, October 20 from 8:00-9:00 a.m. 


Basket Booth – Chances are $1 and $5. Check out all the new great things in this booth – there is the NEW Apple Watch series 3 with GPS & Cellular, the new XBOX with Madden 2018, a SLIME basket, a Squishy basket, Vera Bradley basket, an ESPN dual basketball game, a Man Cave basket, a Mom Beach Getaway basket, and who doesn’t want a Tower made only from Candy! And many other great baskets to check out!
Raffle Tickets
Thank you to all who have sent in their raffle tickets. We are doing great! Please return your raffle tickets money along with the ticket stubs in an envelope through your child's homeroom or to Ms. Sharon in the school office labeled “Fair Raffle Tickets” by Thursday, October 19.

Raffle tickets are $1 and will be sold all fair weekend out of the Cherry Bell Booth.  Saturday and Sunday night we will have a drawing for $1,000. Winner need not be present.
Sweets and Treats Booth 
Don't forget about our delicious sweets in the Cafeteria and our sno-balls right outside the cafeteria. All those bakers out there – please consider baking something delicious for our sweets booth. We are accepting donations all weekend long in the cafeteria. We especially love fudge! You can never have too many sweets!!
