Stewardship Projects
Join us for some of our larger park projects where many hands make lighter work! No prior skills necessary, just a willingness to work hard and have fun!
Landscape Installation
CHANGE OF DATE!! Weds, July 19, 8 am - 12 pm
Help clean up a few areas that just won't grow! We'll move soil, install landscape fabric, and layer in gravel and cobble on the north side of the classroom, and perhaps in the parking-lot islands down at C470.
Garden Day
Weds, Jul 25
Join staff in the garden for a catch-up on weeding (and learn your native plants and common weeds) and help clear some shrubs from trail access areas near the building. 8 am - 11 am. Volunteers are welcome (and encouraged) to return to the garden at your convenience to weed on other days as this is an ongoing challenge!

Staff Changes
Woe is us! Elise Mulder will be leaving shortly after her first anniversary with us. Elise is getting married in early August, and moving to join her new husband in Aspen. Her last day is July 31. Please wish her well when you see her, or send her an email farewell. Hiring process is underway to find her replacement before the school season begins! |
