Ward Office Closed Monday, May 18
Volunteer to Help Our Neighborhood Tomorrow!
Dear Neighbors,

As you know, the City of Chicago 2015 Inaugural Ceremony will be held this Monday, May 18th. As such, the 43rd ward office at 2523 N. Halsted will be closed for the day.

If you have a need for city services on Monday, please call 311 for non-emergency requests or email our office at [email protected]. As always, dial 9-1-1 if you require immediate assistance.

The office will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, May 19th.

Additionally, don't forget there are plenty of opportunities to participate in inaugural weekend festivities. You can sign up to help clean and mulch Oz Park this Saturday morning from 8 am to 11 am, or visit the Lincoln Park Cultural Center for a picnic, nature walk and kite making from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Sunday. On Monday, Mayor Emanuel invites you to join him for an open house at City Hall from 2:00pm to 4:00pm in the afternoon.

The Old Town Triangle Association is also hosting a spring clean-up on Saturday. Meet at 1763 N. North Park Avenue at 9am with gloves to take to the streets to clear away the last of the debris of winter.

As a reminder, the CTA is performing construction on the Brown Line this weekend. Click here to view street closures and re-route information.

We hope to see you around the ward this weekend!

Sincerely,

Michele Signature
