FUNDRAISING
HELP NEEDED! |  |
The Cinderella Project has been blessed to have received a local grant for the past 6 years to offset the costs of Boutique Day, cleaning and storage for our gowns. However this year, due to overwhelming need in the non-profit community, we did not receive our annual grant award. Currently, our large inventory of gowns are being stored in my home. We are seeking donations in any denomination to assist us in holding our annual Boutique Day for 2012. Donations will help to pay for things such as postage for invitations, cleaning products for dresses, pipe and drape for Boutique Day dressing rooms, transportation for more than 4,000 dresses, 50 racks, tables, accessories and more! Donations are 100% tax deductible.
Please contact us with any fundraising ideas and feel free to solicit donations on our behalf as a volunteer.

Greetings all! It's almost that time of year again!! Boutique Day is coming, and we need your help. Please feel free to forward this email on to any friends who may want to join us. Those of you that have participated know how much fun it is. For those of you that are new to the project, let me express how wonderful this day is for all involved! Join us and spend some time shopping with some deserving young women, and helping them choose the perfect gown for one of the most memorable events in their lives. Boutique Day is being held at Siena College this year in Loudonville, New York.
Come and make a difference in a young girl's life.
Please let us know if you can help. Ladies, please enlist the wonderful and strong men in your life for set up and take down. It's a great way for the guys to get involved without fear of taffeta overload! Please email me to let me know what day and times you can help. Remember, every one of you makes a big difference! We are in need of volunteers for the the following:
Boutique Day set up Saturday March 31, 2012 Beginning at 7am at Siena College. ALL MUSCLES AND HANDS ARE WELCOME TO HELP! Unloading racks and inventory for the event, set up in the Boutique room
Boutique Day - Saturday March 31th, 2012
Personal shoppers, makeup, jewelry and accessories table attendants. We would love to have your help even if you can only spare an hour or two!
Take Down - Saturday March 31th, 2012
