Dear friends,
The Supplementary (Run-Off) Election will be held on Tuesday, April 7th. Similar to the February 24th Municipal Election, e
arly voting, absentee voting and grace period registration will be offered for this election.
Early Voting
: Early voting will be offered from
Mon., March 23 through Sat., April 4
.
All
51 early voting sites
will be open Monday through Saturday from 9 am-5 pm, including the Lincoln Park Library, located at 1150 W. Fullerton.
Absentee Voting
: Any registered voter may cast an absentee ballot by mail. You may
to download an application to request an absentee ballot, which must be mailed to the Chicago Board of Elections. The
deadline to apply for an absentee ballot is April 2
; however, the Board strongly recommends applying weeks ahead of the deadline so that you have time to receive and return your ballot.
Grace Period Registration: Grace period registration allows voters to register to vote or update their registration in-person and immediately vote during that same visit.
From March 11 through March 22, grace period registration and voting will be offered only at the Chicago Board of Elections at 69 W. Washington. From March 23 through April 4, all 51 early voting sites will be open Monday through Saturday from 9 am-5 pm for grace period registration and voting.
Please feel free to call my office at 773-348-9500 with any questions.
