Reminder - APA Workshop THIS SATURDAY

What? APA Style and Writing Workshop
When? Saturday, September 9 th , 2017 at 10AM
Where? Room 305
Who? All students are invited to attend!

The Writing Center invites you to an APA Style and Writing workshop on September 9 th at 10 AM in Room 305.

What is APA Style? Simply put, the American Psychological Association (APA) created a standard ruleset for how to write in the social sciences. By using a set standard for formatting (font, margins, header, etc.), citations (in-text and reference page), and stylistics (clarity, organization, language, point of view, etc.), documents are easier to read and understand. This workshop will be useful for any student who needs to brush-up or learn the basics of APA style.

The workshop will last approximately 2 hours. Lunch will be provided! Please contact Ben Morgan ( [email protected] ; 215-560-5986) if you plan to attend.
