Maggie is the Executive Director for WEConnect International in Europe and joined the team in December 2012 - she has lead responsibility for the management, leadership and development of WEConnect International in Europe. Her role involves developing corporate and public sector support as well as growing and developing the database and network of registered and certified women business owners across the UK and Europe. The "Power the Economy" conference hosted by Feminomics and presented by the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) and women's business enterprise HCM Works offered targeted education for business owners seeking to grow their businesses as well as a rich environment for corporations interested in creating or improving their inclusive sourcing programs. The agenda included world leaders in supplier diversity and inclusion, inspirational keynote speakers, successful women business owners, valuable networking opportunities, concrete business leads, and the high-powered energy and enthusiasm of impassioned advocates for powering up women's contributions to economic growth.

The Forum for Women Entrepreneurs (FWE) is now accepting applications for its E-Series --
FWE's longest-running, signature program for women entrepreneurs who are serious about growing their business.
Participants engage with top-notch business leaders and seasoned entrepreneurs to discuss relevant topics for their businesses.
Applicants from across Canada, and of all business sizes are encouraged to apply, and participants will be placed into a class according to their business' size and stage, ensuring the information is targeted to where you are in business.
