During this special time of year that is meant to celebrate his birth, we are often left searching for Jesus. This Advent season, join us each week as we rediscover the stories of those who searched for him on that very first Christmas. Their stories may help you find him too.

There are many ways you can support this project, from planning the worship service, to shopping for groceries, to cooking the food, to serving it on site on the night of Saturday, December 23. We will need all church volunteers for this meal! We have many opportunities for your involvement, so check out our many sign-up options by visiting the link below!

CHOSEN 300 TOY DRIVE!
Help bring joy to a child (ages 3 to 13 years old) in need by donating a toy this Christmas! This year you have the option to wrap and label (gender and age) or not to wrap the gift. WANTED: COORDINATORS FOR CHOSEN 300!
Chosen 300 has a need for 2 Coordinators!

WORSHIP COORDINATOR
The person in this role is responsible for making sure we have 2-3 volunteers needed for a brief service at each serving (6 times/year).   Volunteers can be booked a year in advance. You do not need to present for each serving date, just secure the volunteers needed.
Roles to fill each time:
  • Someone to give a 5-minute message
  • Music (can be anything - playing Pandora on phone speakers or a person singing, playing guitar, etc.)
  • Someone to say a prayer

WAYNE KITCHEN MEAL PREP COORDINATOR
We would like to add a volunteer to join the team of 3 coordinators already in place.   The person in this role would work with the team to plan and supervise the cooking in our kitchen the Saturday morning/early afternoon of each serving (6 times/year).  If unable to make it all 6 times, let us know which ones you would be able to make.

2017/2018 serving dates are:

12/22/18

INTERESTED in filling one of these roles? QUESTIONS? Please contact Agnes Fischer – 5fischer.a@gmail.com or Kimm Ebersole – ebersolekimm@gmail.com.
