THE LANDLORD DOESN'T ACCEPT CHILDREN
Although on a personal level so many people find children delightful, certain landlords may
not want to rent to families with young children because they believe the children willcause
damage to the property, annoy other tenants or otherwise be a nuisance.
However,it is illegal for a landlord to refuse to rent to someone with children.
During this workshop participants will learn about resources available to help if they feel they have been discriminated against.
