I found my smile @MYWPL.org

This month we spoke with Christian , a volunteer at the Worcester Public Library. The Library has always been one of his favorite places to hang out, read, and write, and he was excited to be able to give back through his volunteer work. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a double major in Journalism and English, Christian has been looking for a position in the journalism field.

"This volunteer position at the Library is a great way for me to network with other professionals, and I really like giving back to the community," he said.  "The Library staff has been very helpful and supportive, and they have already helped me find work as an assistant director for a local youth program."
