Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the most age-able wines in the world.  Time in the cellar can transform a finely made boisterous young Cabernet into an a ged Cabernet Sauvignon with a magical mixture of rich texture, multi-layered flavor and complex nuances of oak and tannin. We have some great Cabernet Sauvignons that have been sitting in our temperature controlled warehouse for well over a decade, waiting for just this tasting.  Take this rare opportunity to experience these exquisite wines.

Petite Sirah is not a more "petite" version of Syrah, it's a distinct grape variety. Petite Sirah was created by botanist Francois Durif in Montpellier, France around 1880. The grape is a cross between Syrah and the even more rare: Peloursin. It's loved for its extraordinary deep color and full-bodied flavors of blueberry, chocolate, plums and black pepper.  

Field Blends Wine Tasting  

By blending wine from different varietals into the same bottle, a winemaker has the ability to craft a wine that best meets their style and taste requirements. Blending also gives rise to some interesting combinations of flavors that are unobtainable from any single varietal wine.
