Pinot Noir Wine Tasting
Pinot Noir is a notoriously difficult grape to grow. It is temperamental, sensitive to variations in light exposure, pruning and soil types, and generally has low-yields. However, it produces some of the world's most sought-after and exquisite wines. Depending on its origins, wine produced from Pinot Noir grapes is commonly light to medium bodied and exhibits a range of aromas, textures and flavors, with red berry and earthy characteristics.
Rosés Wine Tasting
Your response to our Rosé tastings has been nothing short of phenomenal! Judging by the number of tastings you have ordered in the tasting room, and the number of bottles you have purchased in the retail store, you are realizing that great rosé is not the sickeningly sweet glop of yesteryear, but a great addition to your dry, crisp wine repertoire. As long as you keep demanding, we will keep supplying, so here is another month to enjoy these pool, picnic and food friendly wines.
