The Rules:
 
  1. You Must Train at bodyFi at least 3x a week (unless exempt w Private Training)
  2. You must attend both nutritional meetings! 80% of your appearance is due to your eating habits.  Waived if you join the 4/12 Whole Foods cleanse. 
  3. You Must Record your first two weeks of all food/beverage intake on an online food diary and share with us! (use myfitnesspal or livestrong dailyplate app or online.)
  4. Measurements and Pictures will be taken on 2/6,  3/6, and 4/6 (or before if you will not be here that Friday)
  5. Alcohol Credit Card will be used the ENTIRE contest-you get one drink per week, every additional drink is 20min intense cardio!
  6. You must enjoy the competition :)
