Sugarbush Fan
Summer at Sugarbush delivers a variety of outdoor adventures, as well as adventures of the palette, including over 40 craft brews poured at the Sugarbush Brew-Grass Festival this weekend, and the locally-inspired cuisine featured on Timbers Restaurant's new summer menu.
Timbers Restaurant
New Chef. New Menu.
Chef Rich knows a little about making flavors come together on the plate. Try the Wild Salmon served with a warm panzanella salad with roast tomato-caper vinaigrette. Or the in-house cut, dry-aged rib eye with sweet onion jam and Vermont blue cheese gratin potatoes.
While enjoying your meal, be sure to meet Timbers' new General Manager Marcus Champoux. Marcus looks forward to making your dining experience at Timbers as memorable and hospitable as possible.
Timbers is open daily for breakfast from 7:30 AM - 10 AM and Thursday - Monday for dinner from 5 PM - 9 PM
Brew-Grass Festival
Saturday, June 16th
The 2nd Annual Brew-Grass Festival is happening this Saturday. With more than twenty of the region's best craft brewers and three rocking Vermont bands, the festival is an adventure into the world of beer. Michael's Good-to-Go farm-to-food truck will be dishing up street food favorites all day, and the Sugarbush culinary team will be offering freshly smoked pork belly sandwiches as well as grilled pizza. $25 in advance | $35 at the door.
Opening Day and Kids Day
