From the Principal
I would like to thank all parents and adults involved with pick-up and drop-off in the circle drive each morning! Traffic congestion has been greatly minimized due to your cooperation in adhering to the guidelines I sent out in August. Thanks for your patience and for keeping our Warrior Kids safe.
Treats & Snacks
Homemade treats are not allowed to be shared with classes in our school. If you send snacks or treats for the class, please make sure this is arranged with the teacher first. It is required that the items be purchased and in the original container with an ingredients list. Healthy snacks are preferred.

Student Recognition
Students will continue to earn Warrior Awards for good behavior & leadership as in past years. In addition, students may be selected for Principal's Pride for showing good work ethic and academic achievement. Principal's Pride students will be recognized each month during a pep rally. Parents and community members are encouraged to attend!
Transportation Plans
Please make every attempt to keep your child's school plans consistent. It is difficult for children to settle into a routine when plans frequently change.

If your after school plan for transportation must change, please contact the office 24 hours in advance.

Reading Club Builds
Comprehension and Relationships
Your child can start every school day with a story! Students who arrive between 7:45 and 8:05 may choose to attend Reading Club in the library. This year we have adapted Reading Club to have a different "guest reader" each day of the week. Mornings can be rushed and stressful; why not encourage your child to join our staff in the library for some read aloud time?

(Left) Mrs. Lindstrom reads aloud for students of all ages on Tuesday morning.
