Thanks Tom, that is a great question and there are numerous options depending on your life style including diet, exercise and health conditions. Diet is important - eat non-inflammatory foods, and secondly try supplements (not drugs) that help reduce inflammation.

Another good question which I have a lot of experience in since studying research and in working with clients. As with chronic pain, life style plays a major role in joint pain. There is no one way but something to consider is to rid the system of toxicity which can inflame joints. Foods such as cookies, cakes, donuts, soda, shell fish, can flare up joint pain.
