Second Course

Creamy tomato basil soup under a Ciabatta crouton and melted white cheddar
Chateau Ste Michelle 'Canoe Ridge' Chardonnay
Buttery and Oaky, this chardonnay will pair nicely with the acidity of the tomato.
Main Course
Pan-fried Rainbow Trout
Served on a bed of saut�ed spinach with bacon butter and parsley potatoes
King Estate Pinot Noir
Oregon Pinot Noir's have a lovely earthy quality that go well with bacon and butter.

Warm Berry Compote
