Racine County Business Resource Event

Hosted by RAMAC, Union Grove, Burlington, and Waterford Area chambers of commerce. The event is FREE for Chamber members on April 16th from 3-7pm at Ironwood Chophouse. There will be speakers scheduled throughout the event addressing the following topics: social media for business; millennials in the workforce; leadership; and marketing with a Keynote Speaker at 5pm. Sponsored by Community State Bank and Kurk Concrete.

Small Biz Planning Series
The Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce and WWBIC are hosting a class for starting a small business. This series provides in-depth learning for starting and running a small business. Participants will have the materials and instruction to complete a draft of their business plan and information on starting, running or growing a small business. The class will meet once a week on Tuesdays for seven weeks at the Baymont Inn & Suites, Waterford. The cost is $200 which includes the textbook. There is a reduced fee scholarship available based on need.  Tuesdays, April 14 through May 26, 2015 from 6 to 9 pm.  A Graduation Ceremony will be from 6 to 9 p.m. on June 2, 2015.
