Congratulations, Wayland!

Co-sponsored by Wayland Chinese American Association and Arts Wayland, our third Wayland Lunar New Year Celebration, known as Chinese New Year Celebration or Spring Festival brought the spring-like warmth to the community! On January 30th, the Wayland High School auditorium and the commons were packed with more than 500 smiling faces and joyful people. They had a blast with the stunning arts show, outstanding performances, family friendly crafts, fun games, engaging workshops and delicious food.  Both the young, talented students from Wayland Public Schools, and the Chinese Folk Art Workshop opened our eyes widely. What a show from the beginning to the end! How fun to welcome the Lunar New Year and the promise of spring as one big, happy family! It really took the whole community to make this wonderful event happen successfully. You supported our event with the greatest enthusiasm and best serving hearts. All the volunteers' selfless dedication made the audience feel so welcome. Well done, Wayland!
