The press conference will be held in Room 125 at the State Capitol building in St Paul, MN at 1:00pm (Get Directions).

We will be announcing a major action being taken by the Save Mille Lacs Sports Fishing Organization and PERM. This action is on behalf of anglers, resorters, and all citizens of Minnesota.

It is very important that the media see enthusiastic support from anglers, resorters, and families. Since this is the first time media will be hearing about this action we want to see as many people in the room as possible.

Information about the action is embargoed until the press conference. If you can make it, not only will you be supporting this action, you will be the first to know all the details!

Bill Eno of Twin Pines Resort, Fred Dally, and Erick Kaardal, attorney with Mohrman and Kaardal.

"New Lawsuit To Be Announced Against Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Three Weeks Before Fishing Opener"

Attorney Erick Kaardal invites members of the media and the public to a press conference and announcement, which will be held at 1:00 p.m., tomorrow, Thursday, April 24, 2014, in room 125 of the State Capitol Building, St. Paul, Minnesota.

 The announcement will pertain to a new lawsuit which is to be filed tomorrow against the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. The timing of the lawsuit is about three weeks before the fishing opener on May 10, 2014.

Plaintiffs' attorney Erick Kaardal will be answering press inquiries at the scheduled press conference and thereafter by telephone.
