Hello Everyone! 

What an amazing God we serve!
LightShine Ministries now owns our first property! This past Thursday we signed papers and transferred funds from all that came in from our ministry supporters and it is now ours!


Phase 1  - COMPLETED!
In September, our board of directors took a huge step of faith and contracted to purchase a 4.62 acre property in Alaska with an existing house for $100,000.  We made our need known and in 5 weeks, $50,000 came in from all of you! This was added to our previous building fund of $50,000 and we were able to purchase the property on November 2.   Thank you so much for seeing this need and giving towards missions - building the Kingdom of Jesus Christ in Alaska.



Phase 2 - We are now moving into our next phase which will be raising the capital needed to build our first building that will house our vans, trailers and tools next summer. More on that soon. 

But we need to talk about the many opportunities that are shaping up for you to serve with us in 2018!  


Click on this photo (above) and see the teams that are forming for 2018. Building Bible camps, helping local churches and various other ministries provides many, many opportunities for you to serve with us! The end result is God being glorified as His Body serves in unity and provides for other parts of the Body that are in need.

Please take time to come to our LightShine Alaska Meeting on Tuesday, November 14. Our meetings are always a fun and informal time to talk about all God is doing in Alaska. We will be sharing some of our future plans for developing our missionary base as well as going through all the opportunities for serving in the coming year. The meeting is at 7pm at Manheim Brethren in Christ Church at  54 North Penryn Rd, Manheim, PA 17545.
