Members of our community have gathered and worked hard to [FEED THE POOR/TEACH THE YOUTH] in [1471-73 Watson Ave]. Our goal is to make others smile and help those who are most in need of our services.

As a NYCHA Tenant's President, It's been a challenging of how NYCHA abuse with those living in their development. As you can google and read the lastest NYCHA articles of how they treat their tenants who are basically are elderly and disabled people.

We need a new roof our pipes are old, we need a make up in all our hallways. Our boiler entrance door is not secure. It's been about over three years they have not fix that door. I mean the list goes on and on and the lastest stunt they did, they destroy our community room and now our tenant's members are homeless. Our office is close because we can't use it.

We need you more than ever. We need to raise at least $25,000 to help us fix and organize ourselves to find an office space to serve our tenants. And or buy the tools we need to move forward.
