We are pleased to announce the name of our newest James Island Community is Cotton's Crossing. Thank you to all of your who participated in the contest and shared it with your friends and family. We appreciate your support and involvement in naming our newest community. 

 

Cotton's Crossing is located off Woodland Shores Road, across from New Leaf Community Fox Hollow. On this plot, New Leaf plans to build a 26-lot community introducing its newest classic collection of homes. 

 

Lot reservations will be available near the end of Summer and building should begin early Fall. 

 

Custom home plans for this neighborhood have been developed borrowing heavily from local rural island styles. The result is a unified series of homes with fresh coastal craftsman detailing. The homes feature three and four bedrooms, functional floor plans, sheltering overhangs and broad porches that extend the houses to the beautiful surrounding environment to foster an active community.
