There comes a time in every person's life where we can choose to either venture out into the wild unknown of our dreams or retreat back into the gentle comfort of the world we are familiar with.

Steve Jobs lived his life with the conscious choice to step out into the unknown, challenge the status quo and be uniquely himself.

The way Steve lived his life touched me beyond what words can convey. Who he was, what he made, what he stood for and everything he said helped to lift up my spirits to see that genius is something within us that we allow and cultivate, not something that the special few have.

Steve taught me that trusting yourself is the genius thing to do.

Steve said once that it is by living with the awareness of our own death that frees us to be ourselves and give our gift to the world. I am so grateful that Steve lived his life this way and will forever be inspired by him and his world changing contributions to our planet.

RIP Steve Jobs, thank you for living your life out loud, fearlessly and for leaving behind a life that has forever changed the course of human history.

We are mourning your death today, but moreover and more importantly, we are celebrating your life.
