ITEP - International Trade Education Programs
December Newsletter

Today we not only celebrate another successful year, but a year of wonderful partnerships.

High schools, colleges, corporations, government, local businesses, and individual supporters - all come together to enrich the lives of ITEP students. These young people continue to succeed in multiple schools and workplaces because of your support.

Thank you for a fantastic December (read below), a memorable season, and a spectacular 2016. Before the year ends, we raise our glass to you and the successes of ITEP students.

ITEP Welcomes Three New Board Members
We are proud to announce the addition of three new members to ITEP's Board of Directors: Tara Voss of Keesal, Young & Logan; Andrea Lanouette of Avalon Risk Management; and Greg Barker of Ports America.
Tara Voss, attorney shareholder at Keesal, Young & Logan, began practicing law in California in 2009. Her extensive relationships with leaders in the customs brokerage, freight forwarding, and importer/exporter communities, have greatly contributed to her success. This summer, Andrea and her colleagues at Avalon Risk Management hosted an ITEP intern for the first time.
Greg Barker, Director of Health, Safety & Environmental for Ports America's West Coast Container division, has demonstrated over a decade of proven success in developing and implementing policies and programs. In addition to joining the ITEP Board of Directors, Greg has served as an ITEP industry coach and mentor at San Pedro High School
