Greetings!
The Partnership for Food Safety Education is proud to support your work to educate consumers about reducing the risk of foodborne illness. Throughout January, we'll kick off a resource-rich 2018 with special offers and links to consumer education materials you might not find elsewhere, so keep an eye on your inbox, and please share our emails with colleagues and friends!
BAC Fighter Resources from FDA
FDA’s Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) offers a host of free resources for health and food safety educators via its Education Resource Library.

Some CFSAN resources can be immediately downloaded as PDF files. Print versions of many can be ordered as well, free of charge!

The materials you can order cover many important food safety topics, and they are available in multiple languages!
