Are you ready to join our team?

"Being a part of Green Team has shaped the person I am. I have been given many new opportunities through Groundwork. I have grown as a public speaker, as a steward of Costello Urban Farm, as a friend, and as one of the many growing youth leaders of Lawrence. I have gained so many new friendships and skills that will last me a lifetime," Juana, Green Team member.

If you are, or know of, a high school student living in Lawrence, we are now accepting applications for our summer Green Team. It is a life changing, fun, challenging job opportunity perfect for young people in Lawrence who want to make a difference.

We welcome individuals and groups from all sectors: schools, businesses, community groups, houses of worship, sports leagues, government offices, etc, etc! Registration occurs day-of starting at 8:00 AM. We encourage groups to pre-register with Rose to ensure we can keep your group together at one site.
Spanish-language cohort of ETTP starts soon!

The cycle will begin April 24 and is 5 weeks long.  This cycle will be held completely in Spanish.  Attendees will be trained in various areas including Asbestos, Lead Removal, HAZWOPER and other valuable certifications.
