We're Moving!

Over the last year Apostles Church Brooklyn has experienced significant growth and we've outgrown our space! After praying and searching throughout the fall, the Father provided an amazing new Sunday home: Public School 133. This new facility will provide us with a stellar location, double our seating capacity, great classrooms for our rapidly expanding Family Ministry, and plenty of room to grow as we seek to love Brooklyn with the good news of Jesus.

The first Sunday service in our new home will take place on January 21st. Coffee hour will begin at 10:30am followed by the service at 11.

After our Sunday service at Hanson Place SDA on January 14th we will move all our equipment and supplies over to P.S. 133. Email brooklyn@apostles.nyc to join.

How Can You Help?

We're excited for all that the Father has ahead of us, but this move will be an expensive endeavor - costing us time, energy, and resources. Here are four ways that you can lend a hand:

Pray: Pray for this new season for Apostles Brooklyn. Pray that we don't just move to a new space but that we grow in our love for Jesus, see more people saved, and grow in loving Brooklyn with the gospel. Join us for Pre-service Prayer at 10am or for  Kingdom Prayer on Tuesday, January 16th to pray for this move and all that's ahead.

Serve: We will need help moving into our new space on the afternoon of January 14th; if you are able to lend a hand, please email brooklyn@apostles.nyc. We also will need more volunteers on our Sunday Ministry teams at our new space. If you're not on a team consider joining Ops or Kids Ministry, the two teams most in need. If you're already on one team, consider joining a second!

Give: Covering the front-loaded cost of permits, new equipment, and fees will total near $25,000. By God's grace we're prepared to cover these expenses, but it will put us in a financially precarious position for the start of 2018. If you would like to make a donation to help pay these costs, visit our giving platform and select "Brooklyn General Offerings".

Invite: One of the main reasons we're moving is to make more room for others to come hear about Jesus and his good news. Prayerfully consider inviting friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors along to P.S. 133 to "come and see" the good news of the gospel in the life of our church.
