MOVING FORWARD
KTA has requested a meeting with the PGC to explore ways in which we can jointly communicate to hikers the importance of exercising safety, and showing respect for hunters, while hiking on SGLs.
In addition, we have asked the PGC to let us know if and when they decide to bring something like this up again.
KTA will inform you immediately of any new developments.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?

4. We continue to seek documented examples of how KTA and other trails and conservation organizations have acquired lands and donated them to the PGC over the years. Please send any information you have on this topic to

5. The PGC will not be discussing this proposal at their January 25 meeting, so KTA no longer plans to have an official presence at the meeting. However, for any individual or group that is still interested in attending the meeting, the details are as follows:
When: Sunday, January 25, 2015
Where: PA Game Commission, 2001 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA.
How: Registration begins at 12 PM, and public comments begin at 1 PM.
