Tour Midtown Baltimore's New Office At Our Open House!

On June 24, 2015, Midtown Community Benefits District's Executive Director, Michelle Wirzberger, Esq., signed the lease for our new office space located at 1120 N Charles St, Suite 220. The spacious second floor suite offers the MCBD staff ample office and storage space to assist in the organization's mission to keep Midtown Baltimore clean, green and safe! As of November 1, 2015, the Midtown staff has moved in and are now operating out of the space full time.

2015 LEAF REMOVAL

Starting Monday (November 9), Midtown Baltimore crews will begin concentrated clean up of leaf fall for our four neighborhoods. "No parking signs" will be posted strategically starting throughout Bolton Hill so that Midtown staff can focus on collecting leaves that have fallen on the sidewalks and in the streets. The signs will be posted 24-48 hours before our crew's expected arrival to provide a reasonable amount of notice to residents.

The Midtown Community Benefits District is a citizen-run neighborhood advocacy and improvement group authorized by law in 1996 to provide security and sanitation services along with promotional activities for four communities: Bolton Hill, Charles North, Madison Park and Mount Vernon/Belvedere. Its efforts are funded by a taxpayer-approved property tax surcharge. Midtown was created by voter referendum in an effort to make our neighborhoods stronger, better places to live and work
