WE ARE VERY MUCH LOOKING FORWARD TO MEETING YOU IN AUGUST IN BERLIN!
In our gathering we want to invite your experiences, perspectives, visions, stories, thoughts, questions in your work with Future Search when addressing our world's challenges - on the local and the global level.
What is the impact Future Search is already having? What is the impact of the Network? What experiences do we make in the use of Future Search? What are the challenges we face and how are we addressing them? In what ways are times changing in favor of creating meaningful meetings that change the world?
As always, the Learning Exchange is your opportunity to:
. Meet Future Search practitioners and advocates and hear their stories
. Share your experience of Future Search and exchange ideas
. Learn about what we are doing as a Network around the world
. Reflect on who we are touching through our work
. Explore how people are using the principles and philosophy of Future Search in meetings of all sizes, every day

To make your topics, issues and questions front and center in this Learning Exchange, and honor the diversity of the group, we wanted to create maximum space for each and everyone's involvement, exchange and learning. For that reason we chose Open Space as our meeting format. We are more than happy that we could win experienced and serious about "just standing there" Anna Caroline Türk from Berlin (www.annacarolinetuerk.com) to facilitate the Open Space for us. She will prepare, open and hold the space during this three day event in order for us to be able to fully concentrate on what really matters to us.
This event is for anyone who is interested in applying Future Search principles in their work and their lives - not only for those who regularly lead Future Searches. Whether you have experience of many Future Searches - or are still trying to get your first one off the ground - the Learning Exchange is for you! You may even pick up the advice and support you need to create your first Future Search. This event is open to members of the Future Search Network and practitioners working with the principles of Future Search across other large scale, whole systems approaches to change.
