30 Good Minutes for Youth This Sunday

We will not have 30 Good Minutes for youth this Sunday due to the parish annual meeting. Youth are welcome and encouraged to attend this meeting with their parents.
Fleece Fabric Drive

It's time for Fleece donations! We are starting our annual fleece drive this Sunday and all through January! Our Sunday School students will once again join hands with Project Linus during Lent making no sew blankets for children in crisis.

The blankets require two 2-yard segments of fleece. Joann Fabrics has a huge selection of colors and prints. Find one that you love and we'll turn it into a warm cozy blanket for a child!
Updating Our Directory

Does it seem like it has been 60 years since our last directory?  We are encouraging you to go to the church database to update your information.

Visit ccparish.org and select the Member tab found at the upper right-hand side at the top of the page. With your user name and password, you may sign in (though the first time you will need to create your own password) reaching a page called My Dashboard. Across the top are headings: My Overview, My Profile, Directories, Groups, and Calendar.

Let's focus on "My Profile" for now. Click on My Profile and you will see Personal Information, Contact Information (addresses, phone numbers, email addresses), various other categories, and a list of family members. You are encouraged to edit what information is there, updating or altering it as appropriate. When you submit changes, they go to the parish administrator and you will receive confirmation that changes have been made. Please consider adding a family photo!

Opening the Prayer Book:
your introduction  to the
Book of Common Prayer &
and how we pray with it!.

This introduction will be held February [4,11,18,25] and March [4,11,18].  30 Good Minutes focuses on the The Book of Common Prayer. Since 1549 the Prayer Book has changes but it has continued to guide and direct worship and our common live and prayer. We hope you will join us to explore and practice using the Prayer Book. Come and see in this year of our lord 2018 that our Prayer book is still relevant! We promise.
Parish Mardi Gras Party

Parish Mardi Gras Party: February 13
Don't miss out on our annual Mardi Gras Party, which also serves as a fundraiser for our high school mission trip this summer! This year, we thought it would be fun to have a pancake cook-off! We are looking for 4 teams (team size doesn't matter) to come and share their favorite pancake recipes.

The night starts at 5:30, followed by the children's costume parade and worship service at 6:30. Tickets will be sold after each service for the next few Sundays. *Please contact Naomi in the church office if you'd like to enter a team for the cook-off.
