 HCBS Enhanced Care and Personal Care Services -  Personal Care Services Policy

This policy defines Person Care Services (PCS) and specific limitations to PCS related   to conflict of interest, legally responsible persons and health maintenance activities. 

If the worker is a  capable person  living in the home, they are NOT allowed to clock in for the following:  Meal Planning/Prep/Clean up, Shopping & Errands, Meds/Treatments, Laundry, and Housekeeping. Read on the limitations and exceptions for PCS.
