As we embark on a great 2017-2018 school year please remember to adhere to the St. John's County School District's Dress Code Policy.
We realize that off the shoulder tops and dresses are in fashion this season, however, they will NOT be permitted at Bartram Trail High School. Shoulder straps will need to be credit card width and dresses/skirts/shorts can not exceed 4 inches from the top of the knee. Lastly, please refrain from bringing/wearing hats to school, they are prohibited and will be confiscated.
1st PTO Meeting of 2017-18...next week...Tuesday, August 15th 9:30am in the Guidance Conference Room If any of you are interested in joining us on PTO, please come to our meetings. We would love to have you...ALL are welcome.
Planners
PTO will be handing out pre-sold planners during ALL 3 lunches on Thursday, August 10th (1st day of school) and Friday, August 11th at a table outside the Main Cafeteria. If you still want to join PTO or purchase a planner, it will be on a first come, first serve basis after the pre-sold planners have been handed out.
Picture Day is Friday, August 11th!
Yes, that is the second day of school, so underclassmen bring your smiles. Make sure to obtain an order form the first day of school. Parents, you can order your package prior to the 11th! http://cadystudios.com/

Please take the time to view this map if you are new to Bartram Trail High School. We have 2 parent pick up and drop off areas. You can follow the directional arrows to see where you need to go.
PLEASE remember we have a lot of student drivers (some really new drivers), therefore, please drive with caution and have patience. We want everyone to stay safe.

- FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!
- Students will report to their ALPHABETICAL HOMEROOMS (CLICK TO SEE THEM!) by grade to pick up a hard copy of their most updated schedule. This will be the only time that hard copy schedules will be mass distributed.
- The REGULAR BELL SCHEDULE will be followed!

Adult Volunteer Information

School Access for this School Year
Previously Approved If you are going to be volunteering or coming onto our school campus this year, please make sure you are an "Approved Volunteer". If you are not sure, please email me, Nery DiDeo, at: [email protected]. Please make sure you include your Full Name (as seen on your drivers license) and birth date. I can verify your status. Approved volunteer applications are active for 3 years. Please DO NOT fill out a new form unless you have had an email, phone or address change.
New Applicants If you have NEVER filled out a Volunteer form for St. Johns County, please go to this link: http://www.stjohns.k12.fl.us/volunteer/ and fill out the online form. YOU MUST be approved through our School Access Form Process for St. John's County in order to be on campus during school hours. That includes meetings and/or volunteering.
Training for Student and Adult Volunteers If you are going to volunteer at BT or represent BT during a volunteering opportunity, please view whichever one of these PowerPoint presentations apply to you.
