A Message From Mr. Stoops
On Friday, we will conclude another successful school year! We have several meaningful activities planned to help celebrate the accomplishments and achievements of our students and faculty! I invite everyone to our final all school Mass for the year, beginning at 9:00 on Friday. At this mass, we conclude by singing the Circle Song. It is a heartwarming experience to hear our students be part of this tradition as they prepare to advance in grade level. Below, the chorus for the song is listed; and I could not agree with the words more! We will end the day and school year with our closing ceremony at 10:15 in the PC Gym. All parents are invited to attend both events.
All my life's a circle, sunrise and sundown.
The moon rose through the nighttime,
'Till the daybreak comes around.
All my life's a circle, but I can't tell you why
The seasons spinning 'round again.
The years keep rolling by.

Thank you for sending your angels to GA this school year. I cherish each one of the students, and have truly enjoyed interacting with them as they developed throughout the year. Guardian Angels School is a special place because of the people who make this an outstanding community! Thank you for sharing the gift of your children.
God Bless,

End Of The Year Business From The Health Room

Medication: Thank you to all of you who sent in medication for your children this school year. Unfortunately, we are unable to keep the medication for use in the next school year. For safety reasons, we require all medication be picked up by a parent or guardian at the conclusion of the school year.
The health forms on the website have been updated. If you know you will be sending prescription medication in with your child next year, you may print off the "Administration of Medication by School Personnel" authorization form (in the health forms section, under the parents tab, on the homepage) and have it signed by your healthcare provider this summer.  (This includes emergency medication.) If you plan to send in new over-the-counter medication for your children in the fall; the same form is used, but only a parent signature is required.
Seventh Grade Immunizations: A reminder, the state of Ohio now requires two vaccines before students enter seventh grade, one dose of Dtap and one dose of Meningococcal (MCV4) vaccine. Thank you to all of you who have returned their immunization documentation. If any further documentation is required for your child, we will be sending home letters with specific documentation required for him/her. We realize some of you will have appointments over the summer and hope this will be helpful.
Please feel free to contact us at any time.

School Supply Orders For 2017-2018
It is that time of the year to think about next school year's school supplies. This year everyone who would like to order their supplies from School Tool Box can do so online. Each Spring,  the PTA works with individual teachers to create a school supply kit to purchase for the coming year. It offers a convenience for parents to have all of your child's needed items collected and ready for the start of class. Kits are delivered to school for parents to pick up before school starts. Participation in this program is not required.
This year these orders are to be placed by  June 16th. Supplies will be available to be picked up on August 13th from 9:00am-12:30pm in the undercroft. If you are unable to pick-up your order, please make arrangements to have your order picked up. If you have any questions, please contact Kathy Singleton.
Proceeds from these orders benefit the GA PTA. Additional instructions for ordering online can be found here.
