We kicked things up a knotch by adding the awesome complexity of oak to our dry-hopped imperial red! We'll be releasing the beer (draft only) this Friday in our taproom! There'll be live music, a firkin tapping (with something special added) and a food truck to solve your hunger...it's sure to be a blast!

* 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Fast Eddy's Growler Station Samples  Hosted by SLANTED ROCK BREWING COMPANY

* 5:30 pm: San Inazio Festival  Hosted by  Basque Center of Boise   (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)

* 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Wild Plum Ramen Pop Up  @ BOISE BREWING:  Wild Plum is partnering with Boise Brewing to host a one-night-only ramen food truck pop-up!! Options include: Local Pork Ramen; Turducken Ramen and Vegetarian Mushroom Ramen! We're also offering Momofuku-style steamed buns with house-smoked brisket or portobello mushrooms for vegetarians!
The slurping starts at 6 p.m. and goes until we run out! 
Boise Brewing offers $1 off all beers from 6-8 p.m. and buy-one-get-your-second-one for $1 off from 9-10 p.m. We recommend their seasonal Burn One Brown, a hoppy brown ale that pairs great with a heaping bowl of ramen!

Boise Brew Minute ( episode 90 ) - Marshall from  Brulosophy.com  talks to us about his  latest experiment . In this extended interview, we discuss brewing beer with old hops; the impact of age and storage conditions on the hops; and the importance of  brewing temperature . The hop experiment was the second one to look at hop age. This time using Simcoe; the  first time using Willamette .
