The County Line Brewing team is still glowing with excitement about our win yesterday at the first annual Iron Brew Competition!
We want to thank Barbarian Brewing and PreFunk Beer Bar Boise for arranging this awesome competition.
In case you missed it, the gist of this unique competition was that someone outside of the brewing industry selected a random ingredient (in this case it was Rhubarb), and each of the 10 participating breweries had roughly 5-6 weeks to brew a unique beer with rhubarb. A panel of judges critiqued each beer and our Rhuby Red Sour took first place!

He discussed their microbiology lab used for quality assurance and yeast propagation to insure that beer brewed on the new, larger system tastes just like it always has.
