MONDAY, DECEMBER 15TH:
* 11:00 am: GRIND MODERN BURGER, the new restaurant located across the street from Boise Art Museum (705 W. Fulton St), recently launched its new Celeburger series. This monthly program will highlight a celebrity with a specially designed burger, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit a chosen charity.
As inspiration for the burger in the month of December, BAM selected three artists featured in the current exhibition Arp, Mir�, Calder. The artists, Jean Arp, Alexander Calder, and Joan Mir� were each part of the postmodern movement and tended to work with bold colors in various mediums. Grind Modern Burger will honor each artist with a burger created to reflect their work. Each artist's burger will be served for one day. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of these burgers will benefit BAM.
