It's about firkin time! We will be doing a special, one-night only release of a cocoa nib infused firkin of Dark Daisy Chocolate Milk Stout!
What is a firkin? A firkin is a container that holds "cask-conditioned" beer. Basically it is a way to allow beer to naturally carbonate as opposed to artificial carbonation through outside equipment. Cask-conditioned beers bring out different flavor profiles and allow brewers to add in unique additions to enhance specific flavors.
Firkins are made to be tapped and drank within the same day so this your one chance to try it out! Come join us when we ceremoniously "tap" the firkin at 5pm!
