Come discover what it really means to LIVE!

Studying Paul's Letter to the Philppians

Chapter 2 will be the focus Sunday as Preaching on Philippians Continues

JOY was the focus of worship last Sunday as we began the sermon series based on the Letter to the Philippians! It was a marvelous Sunday! Next Sunday will be even better as Trey Carey brings a message based on the second chapter of Philippians. This will be Trey's final sermon at Saint James before he departs to begin a new chapter of ministry in his home church in Tennessee. Let's pack the sanctuary to show our appreciation for Trey's Spirit-led ministry at Saint James! Freda Woodman will be singing the special music and our wonderful choir will be singing another inspiring anthem!

Be sure to read and reflect on Philippians during these four weeks. On August 26 Walter will preach on "Simplicity" based on chapter three, and on September 2 his message will be on "The Secret of Contentment" based on chapter four.

Let's pray earnestly in these days that the Spirit will fall on our church and help us move up to a new level of worship, service and discipleship! If you love Jesus, don't blow your horn; invite someone to come with you to church - and to Jesus!
