Johnetta Lang, Aldine ISD, says:

“HBA CLEs are important because they provide valuable information on a wide range of topics in different areas of law. There is something for every attorney. Lastly, you meet great people. Definitely worth the membership investment.”

This program will explore the cause and effect of the vanishing civil trial on case evaluation, the motion practice, trial, and settlement of litigation, as well as the status of the impact of Hurricane Harvey on the trial practice in Harris County. The presenters will also discuss the relationship between the affected public and private justice systems, and the resulting challenges faced by litigators and the administration of justice.

Friday, March 16
David Isaak (Smyser, Kaplan & Veselka, L.L.P.) will present " FCPA Enforcement in the Trump Administration" for 1.5 hours MCLE credit, no ethics from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the  Heritage Plaza  First Floor Conference Room.
