What exactly is the Mind/Body/Spirit connection? What does that mean? How do you know if you have it?
It's a journey with so many layers. I love that word....'layers'.
It's constant growth. We are not where we were a year ago.
Many things affect how strong we feel that connection...
- Do we exercise?
- Meditate?
- The food we eat.
- How much sleep we get.
- The books we read.
- Do we like our job?
- Are we in loving, stimulating relationships?
