Pride NW is one of our best opportunities spread the good news of MCCP - and it's coming soon! A team has been hard at work with exciting plans for our festival booth and parade contingent. Want to be involved? Sign up, be in touch with Levi, and plan to attend the upcoming meeting on Sunday, June 12.
Remember: We also encourage financial donations designated to "Pride" to help offset costs or this important outreach.

We are thrilled to announce that MCCP has been approved as a partner agency with the Oregon Food Bank! There are a few more steps before implementing an expanded People's Pantry - including volunteer orientation with the Oregon Food Bank on Thursday, June 9 at 8AM (location: 7900 NE 33rd).

REMEMBER: NEXT Sunday, June 5, is the first Sunday of the month.
Until our new pantry process is underway, we continue to invite your food offerings to our pantry along with financial offerings. 
Shopping list: canned peaches & pears (16 oz), ravioli/beefaroni, peach cups, raisins, crackers, spam, gravy mix, instant potatoes, canned corn (16 oz), cut green beans (16 oz), instant milk, cold cereal.

Get the book and join the journey underway at any time: join the group meeting at church on Thursdays at 12Noon, use the book it to start your own group, or read along on your own.

All that goes into our Sunday social hour food and drink is provided for by a few people. We encourage you lend a hand and consider donating, either financially or by bringing in goodies, a can of coffee, sugar or creamer. This ministry is important in helping people connect with and care for one another. Your support keeps it going!
