TRAFFIC & PARKING ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY
Parking will be a challenge, especially this Friday, as ICGC is the venue for a regional program in addition to the usual juma'ah traffic. We ask for your help to alleviate some traffic by carpooling to juma'ah, if possible, on Friday and to Dhur on Saturday. Please only park in designated areas and do not block cars. If parking on the street (Plantation Drive), do not park in driveways or block driveway entrances. Thank you for your continued kindness and cooperation.

"Meet Your Neighbors" Thank You
Over the past several months, we've expanded the Open House Tour to the "Meet Your Neighbors" series, in which we gather following the tour for positive dialogue, allowing the broader community to come and meet their Muslim neighbors. Thank you to those for the community who have joined the conversation and welcomed our guests.

If you have not attended one of the "Meet Your Neighbors" sessions and you would like to come to one of our upcoming events, please feel free to contact the office.

Islamic Center In The News

Every community has a narra tive.  Either that community controls the narrative or the narrative cont rols the community. Now more than ever the American Muslim community has to take control of the narrative. This can only be achieved if as a community we are building bridges and inroads with media.  Media outlets want to cover stories and do pieces that people are interested in. They want viewers, readers, comments, and discussions.  It is critical that as a community we are more visible and more vocal in the media.

We have been blessed for wide and positive coverage of the Center.  When there is positive coverage we must all give feedback and acknowledge and appreciate the work of the media. Please take a few minutes to review the media links and give positive feedback where you feel comfortable.
