oneWednesday Early Dismissal

Wednesday, April 29 will be an early dismissal day at 2pm. This is for a teacher in-service meeting that was scheduled in our academic calendar since the start of the year. Please be sure to pick up your child(ren) at 2pm. All students must be dismissed by 2:10 at latest.
Stanford Testing

Next week is Stanford testing from Tuesday-Thursday for the 1st-7th graders. This is a test we administer to the students every year to compare our school to others on the national level. As a school, we understand these tests are only one means of assessment on one day and not a full evaluation of the child. For this reason, we do not give too much emphasis on these exams and ask you to do the same at home. Please simply make sure to feed them a healthy breakfast and ensure they get a good night's rest the night before.
Spirit Week

Next week is spirit week for all students to participate in! The only limitations are to not bring props on any day, wear safe shoes, and modest clothing. Details for each day and how to dress can be found in this email sent yesterday.
twoFamily Movie Night!

We will be holding a family movie night "under the moon," outside of the school on a giant inflatable screen on Saturday, April 25 at 7:30pm! Bring your lawn chairs and blankets to watch the movie picnic style. The movie will be Big Hero 6, a fun family film, and we will be selling nachos, pizza, popcorn, chai, and baked goods for you and your kids to enjoy during the movie. If you and your family can make it, please be sure to RSVP on our Facebook event page. Please also invite your friends to attend with their families as this event is open to all community members!
Karate Belt Test

We sent this email earlier this week regarding the upcoming karate belt test. Please refer to it for all details and ensure you have turned in the form/payment if you would like your Montessori level 3 through 6th grade students participating in the test to advance to the next belt.
